What is the ‘M’ Technique?
The ‘M’ Technique is a method of gentle, structured touch allowing you to deeply relax and to quickly allow the mind to unwind and let go of any inner turmoil. The results are very different from massage; it is more akin to a meditative type state.
Who is it suitable for?
The ‘M’ is suitable for everyone ( young and old) as well as those with life limiting/altering conditions who may have been told massage and some complimentary treatments are not suitable for them. The list below is just some of those conditions it can help with:
Cancer, MS, Fibromyalgia, those suffering from pain, Motor Neurone, Epilepsy, Dementia, Autism, pregnant ladies. Also those who feel stressed, anxious, tense, unable to sleep or switch off.
What to expect
The ‘M’ can be a full body treatment, although we split this up into just hands/arms, legs and feet. It can be perfoemed seated or lying down with the patient fully clothed and takes 10-20 mins.
All treatments are carried out in a very professional, knowledgeable, individualised manner with caring and understanding and privacy being maintained at all times.
